To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@dejumper.store with your order number and the reason for the return. Please include clear photos if applicable (e.g., defective or damaged items).

Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.

Ship the Item: Carefully package the item and include the RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
4. Special Cases for Returns and Refunds

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you and issue a full refund or replacement upon receipt of the returned item.
